Lots of new user face problems and difficulty in configuring their modems sometimes even finding the panel for the login. Which is actually a very simple task in doing. You can open PTCL router from another PC using this same method as well.
How to Open PTCL DSL/Wireless Router Settings:
All you need to do is, Open your favorite browser

Enter IP Address:
192.168.1.1 in your browser

A prompt will come asking User name and password
Username:admin
Password:admin
Password:admin
In few cases its User & User for both.
- Login Prompt
Both username and password will be same as Admin and Admin, this is default provided by PTCL in their DSL modems and Wireless DSL Routers.
PTCL router IP is same for all PTCL DSL modems along with password and username

If your forgot the PTCL DSL Wifi Password, Simply you need to Reset the DSL Router. Get Needle or Pen and Reset the router from the back & then setup the settings again.
Currently i too find a way how to change the admin admin user name & password as anyone can access through 192.168.1.1
that so annoying, if if found the solution, i let you know all.
